House calls to Westfield and the surrounding areas (House call appointments may be limited by time and distance constraints). In-home visits (at the discretion of the physician) with bedside testing for various illnesses (click here for a list of testing capabilities and fees).

If you are deemed to have a medical condition that requires emergency services you will be referred to the ER. If you are referred to the ER, I will call the ER and report to the charge nurse or physician so that they know you will be heading to the ER for further evaluation.

​I am happy to provide you with a receipt of services that you may submit to your private insurance carrier although reimbursement is not guaranteed. Please be aware I have opted out of Medicare therefore Medicare patients will not be able to submit their bill to medicare for reimbursement.
